For those of you that have attended the Maple Weekends, you know how expensive maple syrup is. At least it is for me. I absolutely love real maple syrup, but it's just one of those luxuries that I have to live without.
Until today :)
I found out this week that a friend-of- a-friend taps trees and makes his own maple syrup. I was able to get the friend-of-a-friend discount and now have a whole quart of (affordable!) maple-y sweet goodness!
Homemade pancakes for me this weekend - Mmmmmmmm!
