How you are wired and how you are taught make a huge difference on whether you learn something easily or not. This I already knew.
I did not know that there were so many categories of intelligence.
Today I learned that there are eight kinds of smartnesses:
Kinaesthetic – Body Smart
Linguistic – Word Smart
Logical – Number Smart
Interpersonal – People Smart
Intrapersonal – Myself Smart
Musical – Music Smart
Visual/Spatial – Picture Smart
Naturalistic – Nature Smart

I guess I’m only four kinds of smart (and obviously not musically inclined at all, even though I played the clarinet for eight years in school
